>tb 14 Abstract:
This work deals with instruction encoding carried out in practice on
an RC3502 minicomputer with a stack oriented instruction set supporting
a high level multi_program_ming language. The encoding is based on
static and dynamic analyses of some larger application systems. The chief
purpose is saving of space with increased program executing speed as a
secondary one. This implies that parameter encoding is the main subject,
but also encoding of instruction sequenses is discussed.
