ABSTRACT:
The "defaults" task allows you to change some of the defaults
used when the "add user" subtask creates a new login. Changing
the defaults does not affect any existing logins, only ones
added from now on. For each field, the current setting appears
as the default. The following fields are displayed:

	Primary group membership:
	Base home directory:
	Skeletal home directory:
	Shell:
	Login Inactivity:
	Login expiration date:

Form.defaults:pgrpmem:Primary Group Membership
Enter the group you would like to have as the default primary group
on all subsequent user login definitions. You may enter the group
name or the numerical group id. You must enter an existing group.
The default setting delivered with the system is "other,1".

Form.defaults:homdir:Base Home Directory
Enter the base directory you would like to have used for all
subsequent user login definitions. For all subsequent user login
definitions, the default home directory will be the result of
appending the login to the end of the base home directory value.
The directory name you enter must be an existing directory. The
default setting delivered with the system is "/home".

Form.defaults:skeldir:Skeletal Home Directory
Enter the name of skeletal directory. The skeletal directory is a
directory that administrators can use with the "-k" option to the
"useradd" shell command as the skeletal directory for new logins.
It contains standard files to copy into newly-created home
directory (such as a standard ".profile"). The directory name you
enter must be an existing directory. The default setting delivered
	with the system is "/etc/skel".

Form.defaults:shell:Shell
Enter the name of the default shell to be given to all subsequent
user login definitions. The filename you enter must exist and it
must be executable. The default setting delivered with the system
	is "/sbin/sh".

Form.defaults:inact:Login Inactivity
Enter the number of days of login activity after which user cannot
login. A "0" means that you don't wish to a default. The default
setting delivered with the system is "0".

Form.defaults:expire:Login Expiration Date
Enter the date beyond which a user cannot log in. A blank line
means that you don't wish to set a default. This date must be a
future date and must be in the following format:

		dd/mm/yy

The default setting delivered with the system is no expiration.
