The Filecabinet object provides storage for your file folders and files. Just as the normal office uses filecabinets, folders and files, FACE uses the same objects. The Filecabinet Menu lists the stored files and folders along with descriptive information on each object stored. Opening a folder in the Filecabinet will present another frame containing that folder's contents. Opening a file object will invoke the default editor (for Standard Files). If a file description says the file is an executable, the file will be executed. You can change the order of presentation and amount of information displayed for the Filecabinet, WASTEBASKET, and all other file folders on your system. You may use the organize command for an individual folder or change the values in the Office Functions form (accessed from the Preferences menu).
