0	ILLEGAL ERROR - Something is very wrong. The microcode didn't even
get far enough to start the sequencer test.
1	Something is wrong with the micro-stack.
2	Some simple conditions didn't work.
3	One of the following problems occurred :
	      Couldn't read the lex level
	      Couldn't read the macro_pc or the code_mux
	      Couldn't read the return_pc
	      The macro_pc didin't increment properly
4	The current instruction register failed.
5	The macro_pc add failed.
6	One of the following failed :
	      Reading the control_pred register
	      Reading the control_top register
	      Reading the internal sequencer bus
7	Either the control_pred or the control_top register failed to load
	properly from the fiu bus.
8	One of the following failed :
Inc or dec-ing the control_top register
	      Reading the nve value.
9	There is some problem with the resolve rams, resolve circuitry, or
	the lex level validity circuitry.
10	Generated a bad address from the resolve rams.
11	One of the following failed :
	      Save offset register
	      Current name register
12	The ibuffer didn't properly load.
13	Dispatching with and ibuffer of all ones or zeros failed.
14	A conditional load ibuffer failed.
15	The ibuffer didn't correctly fill during a macro event.
16	One of the following failed :
	      Tos validate
	      Tos latch didn't latch data
	      Dispatch didn't invalidate the tos
17	One of the following failed :
	      Didn't take a micro event
	      Sequencer field number event failed
18	NVE valid macro event failed.
19	NVE free macro event failed.
20	Resolve reference macro event failed.
21	Validate TOS macro event failed.
22	THIS ERROR SHOULDN'T OCCUR!
23	BREAK macro event error.
24	The SEQ diagnostics did not die at a normal halt location. This could
be a problem with the sequencer board, but usually indicates that
something else in the processor is not working correctly. Good Luck.«nul»
