GC

The GC is a disk garbage collector which can delete unneeded files
within the DFS.  The garbage colletor scans all existing MLOAD files
and retains a list of all SEG files referenced.  The program then
scans all SEG files in the filesystem deleting the ones not referenced
by any MLOAD files.  The garbage collector will recover disk space if
unneeded MLOAD files are deleted manually.«nul»
