TextFile

RUN is used to run a particular diagnostic program. In the case of
a non-memory board program the only valid argument is a program
name.  In the case of a memory board program the first argument
should be a memory board name (MEM0, MEM1, MEM2, MEM3, ALLMEM), and
the second argument should be the program name.
