The ULOAD command controls a boolean which controls microcode loading.
Valid arguments are ON and OFF.  If ULOAD is ON then every time you
run a microcode FRU (P2UCODE or P3UCODE) microcode is reloaded.  If
ULOAD is OFF then microcode will be loaded only when that microcode
image is not the last microcode image that was loaded.«nul»
