TF305 consists of a CTA501 and a KIT505. The KIT505 contains a
5 pole male socket, 2 spacers and 4 screws.

The 3 pole male socket on the COI503 is remove and the 5 pole
socket is installed. The two wires from the COI503 are soldered
on pin 1 and 3.

Now the CTA501 is mounted on top of the COI503 by inserting the
50 pin female connector into the 50 pin male connector on the
COI503, and then fasten it by the spacers and screws.

▶b0◀▶a1◀Test of CTA501 and CIRCUIT II:

The tty-emulator (ver. 4.0) is loaded, a secondary address is
chosen, and communication via CIRCUIT II is selected. This is all
done in SET UP mode.

Then by pressing the return button the RC3900 will answer with
"login:", writing "who" will make the RC3900 answer with
information about actual tty number.

Test of CIRCUIT II is done by test of each wall receptacle, this
is done by connecting a terminal to the receptacle and then carry
out the test of CTA501 as mentioned above.

When this has been done for all wall receptacles the test is
finished.
