DFS release D3.1A, April 14, 1993 (patch #1 to D3.1)
* Ucode release M207_53/M207_54
* The confidence won't always fail after power-up in a 64 MB system.
* The 300 & 400 Kernels now correctly report the negation of DCD on port 16
to the Environment. This fixes the bug where Disconnect_On_Disconnect and
Disconnect_On_Hangup didn't work. The 200 didn't have this problem.
* Fixed bug preventing 400 kernel from dumping CMC memory into IOP_DUMP.
* Starter now reports to console and tombstone if Auto Crash Recovery is
disabled or an error prevents CPU state save into tombstone after Break key.
* The REWRITE program may now be booted from tape.

* New option in program TOMBSTONE for displaying IOP kernel version and
system cluster id.
* New feature to allow specification that system automatically reboot
following a failure, once applicable information collected and confidence
test pass.
* Improved crash analysis and fault isolation.
With the D3.1 release the system will, when applicable, automatically run
