Your task is to implement the body of the Count_Lines procedure and test it
in a command window. You should only rely on the package Text_Io.

If you do not know how to get visibility to Text_Io ask your
instructor to help you add a link to it.

First get you instructor to help you copy the specification for
Count_Lines into your own development World. Next build a body
using Create_Body_Part and fill in the implementation.

When you are done ask you instructor about Simple_Text_Io and
String_Utilities. Implement your solution again using these
interfaces.
