Product loaded from tape. You will not need the tape for subsequent
installation steps.
You should still be in the directory "install". If you are not
there, then cd to "install".
Set up the license daemon as instructed by get_license_info:
% ./get_license_info
Run add_license_info to add license key information given to you by Rational:
% ./add_license_info
As root, run start_lm to either start, or re-start the license manager
daemon. This script will append the daemon invocation entry into the system
startup script so that it will be re-started when the machine boots.
It is best to run this on the machine which will act as your license server.
If you choose to have a multi-server configuration, pick one of those machines
and log into it. Then do the following:
% su
root> ./start_lm
...
root> exit
%
Then run:
% ./post_install
And answer the questions there.
