These tools provide two capabilities:

   The Logout_Other_Sessions procedure allows a user to logout all other
   sessions that he or she may be logged into.  This useful when
   sessions are disconnected by a terminal server or when a user may use
   several terminals during the day.
   
   The Force_Idle_Terminal procedure monitors all ports for activity. 
   If no activity is recorded during the specified interval, the session
   connected to that port is logged off.  The initiator of this tool
   must have operator capability in order it to force logoff the session.
   This can be run as part of the system initialization procedure.
