Your task is to implement the body of the Pathnames package
and write a test driver to verify that it works.

Although the number of subprograms is large, with the right representation 
for the type pathname, each should be very easy.

You might also try to see if you can write the test driver that completely
"touches" and verifies the correctness of your solution with the minimum
number of calls on the package iterfaces.

Finally, before you start, please estimate how much time it will take to do
the following things:

       Detailed Design
       Coding
       Testing
       
and give the estimates to your instructor.

Also keep track of how much time it actually takes you to do these things.
This is not intended to find out how good you are at solving this problem
but it will tell you something that is very interesting about how much
time it actually takes to do each of these parts of the lifecycle.
